GENERAL INFORMATION
Before booking a The Showdance Experience, Clients should read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms and Conditions tell Clients how we will provide The Showdance Experience to them, how Clients or we may change the contract between us, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If Clients are unable to agree with the Terms and Conditions, they must not Book or attend the Dance/Fitness Services. We will not provide Dance/Fitness Services to Clients who do not agree to these Terms and Conditions. If, however, the Client agrees to the Terms and Conditions unconditionally, they may Book and attend The Showdance subject always to these Terms and Conditions. Booking The Showdance Experience or attending The Showdance Experience shall indicate the Client’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in full absolutely.

Charlie Oh La La may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the Site. The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to The Showdance Experience shall always be the version in force at the time The Showdance Experience was booked.
HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
It is essential you read the following carefully before taking part in The Showdance Experience. By attending a booking at Charlie Oh La La you agree to abide by these rules.

As with all fitness/dance and exercise programmes, when using our live or pre-recorded videos you need to use your common sense. By performing any fitness or dance exercises without supervision, you are performing them at your own risk. Charlie Oh La La will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of these fitness/dance class/video, Masterclass, Workshop or Event or information shared on our website. This includes emails, videos and text. Charlie Oh La La does not accept any responsibility for each individual or group of individuals who may be watching, joining in or dancing/exercising along with this dance/fitness video/class, Masterclass, Workshop or Event. In order to take part/learn/dance/exercise along with this dance/fitness video/class, Masterclass, Workshop or Event, Clients must first make sure that they are in good enough health/physical condition to be able to do so. If you have any medical condition, injury or other condition which may affect your participation, you must follow any specific guidelines provided by your GP, adapt the exercise/dance accordingly and closely monitor your health and well-being or you should not join in with this dance/fitness video/class, Masterclass, Workshop or Event. It is your responsibility to ensure the following :

There is sufficient space to perform the exercises/dances safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards;
A minimum of 4 square meters per person;
Any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed;
There are no distractions throughout the duration of the session;
There is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration;
Pets and young children should be kept distant;
Comfortable and suitable clothing and shoes should be used during the dance/fitness class/video, Masterclass, Workshop or Event;
Where possible, a parent or guardian must be present in the premises of the student’s location if they are under 16
ONLINE DANCE & FITNESS STUDIO
Upon enrolment the Client is required pay via online payment. The Client’s bank account will be debited the montly fee until the Client decides to terminate the Subscription.

No refunds are given for Dance or Fitness Services missed, unless in extenuating circumstances and at the sole discretion of Charlie Oh La La. No refunds shall be given to Clients by Charlie Oh La La in the event that Dance or Fitness Services are cancelled due to Force Majeure Events.
Online dance and fitness classes take place via the Facebook and Zoom app. An email address and phone number must be provided by the Client for Charlie Oh La La to contact them on. All online dance and fitness classes MUST take place on a secure wifi connection to ensure the Client and teacher are protected from hacking and they have privacy.

MASTERCLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS
Masterclasses, Workshops and Events for Clients are required to be agreed, arranged and booked by Clients in advance via online payment. Charlie Oh La La does not accept cash payments and cheques from Clients for payment.

Payments by Clients for Workshops and Events need to be made in full at least 7 (seven) working days prior to the Client’s requested date(s).

Bookings by Clients for Workshops & Events must be made with a minimum of fifteen (15) working days’ prior notice to allow for the securing of a venue for Charlie Oh La La’s or the Client’s selected date. Bookings for Clients are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment from the Client due not later than fifteen (15) working days before the date of the Workshop.
Due to the nature of the booking Charlie Oh La La requires a minimum of 7 (seven) working days notice in order to transfer a Workshop or Event. If changes are required to be made with less than the required notice prior to the date set for the Workshop or Event, then the Client will be charged the full fee of the Workshop or Event plus the studio hire fee where applicable and any other associated and ancillary and administrative costs These costs shall be invoiced to the Client.

Paid fees for either one-off Masterclasses, Workshops or Events are non-refundable in whole or in part. For the avoidance of doubt if a Client arrives late for a Masterclass, Workshop or Event which therefore results in a reduction of the time available for the Client’s Masterclass, Workshop or Event then no reduction in the fee levied by Charlie Oh La La for that Masterclass, Workshop or Event will be given due to less time being made available for the Client because of their late arrival.

All Deposit Bookings are non refundable. All bookings that are not paid in time will result in the cancellation of the booking.

On some rare occasions it may be necessary for Charlie Oh La La to make alterations to the start date, time or venue locations of the Masterclasses, Workshops or Events in order to operate these sessions effectively. All Clients will be notified on email of any such changes as soon as it is reasonably possible. The Client accepts that any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract on the part of Charlie Oh La La and therefore the Client shall have no right to terminate the agreement or seek damages or seek a refund.
If Charlie Oh La La is required to change the venue for a particular Masterclass, Workshop or Event due to Fore Majeure Events then Clients shall act reasonably in accepting an alternative venue. Charlie Oh La La is not obliged to offer any alternative venue. Charlie Oh La La will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the venue shall be the venue indicated on the Site, but where this is not possible, Charlie Oh La La reserves the right to procure the use of other venue(s), provided that Charlie Oh La La shall give the Client notice on email of any such change(s) as soon as it is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the Client the right to terminate the agreement or seek a refund.
If a Client is unable to attend a Masterclass, Workshop or Event for any reason Charlie Oh La La does not guarantee any alternative arrangement and for the avoidance of doubt in such circumstances the Client will receive no refund in respect of that booking. If however Charlie Oh La La at its sole discretion is able to offer an alternative session for the Masterclass, Workshop or Event as the case may be and the Client chooses not to accept the alternative that is offered the Client shall NOT entitled to a refund in such circumstances either. If the Client is or becomes aware that they will miss a Masterclass, Workshop or Event in advance of the start of a Masterclass, Workshop or Event, Class, then the Client must immediately notify Charlie Oh La La at the time of Booking and Charlie Oh La La will endeavour at its sole discretion to provide an alternative session of said Masterclass, Workshop or Event as the case may be however for the avoidance of doubt Charlie Oh La La does not guarantee that such an alternative session will be made available. Please be aware that Charlie Oh La La is under no obligation to offer alternative or replacement sessions of any Classes, Masterclasses, Workhops or Events.

Cancellations by Clients for Masterclasses up to 48 hours (2 working days) before the payment due date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours (2 working days) before the payment due date will receive no refund. All cancellation requests must be sent by Clients to Charlie Oh La La by email and it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the email cancellation is not only sent but received also.
Cancellations by Clients for Workshops and Events up to 7 working days before the payment due date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 7 working days before the payment due date will receive no refund. All cancellation requests must be sent by Clients to Charlie Oh La La by email and it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the email cancellation is not only sent but received also.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to maintain the high standards of our Dance & Fitness Services Charlie Oh La La reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse admission or participation to any Client who is deemed to be acting inappropriately. This includes, but is not limited to, behaviour that displays an actual or perceived conflict of interest or behaviour that hinders the learning of others.
Charlie Oh La La expects all Clients to be polite and well mannered towards other Clients and their dance/fitness instructors at all times. If a Client is excluded for unacceptable behaviour they will not be entitled to a refund and in extreme circumstances Charlie Oh La La reserves the right to cancel the contract with the Client completely and immediately without notice in which case no refund will be due to the Client.

INJURY WAIVER AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
By agreeing to these terms and conditions the Client hereby waives, releases and discourages all claims they may have against Charlie Oh La La for injuries of any manner from participation in the Dance/Fitness Services unless they are a direct result of Charlie Oh La La negligence. The Client is obliged to seek medical advice before carrying out any exercise. The Client agrees not to attend a Class, Masterclass, Workshop or Event where they suffer from or consider that they may suffer from illness or injury or both as the case may be.
If the Client is late for a Class, Masterclass, Workshop or Event then Charlie Oh La La reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse admittance, as the Client could risk injury if he/she has missed part of the warm up. The Client will not be entitled to a refund in such cases.
It is the Client’s responsibility to report any changes to personal details i.e. health, medication, address and contact details, to Charlie Oh La La prior to the Client undertaking any Class, Masterclass, Workshop or Event.
Charlie Oh La La accepts no liability for any loss or damage to personal property or for any loss sustained by a Client from errors or omissions contained on the registration form whether completed by the Client or otherwise.

RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY
All and any recording and photography by Clients (or those associated with Clients in any way) during any of Charlie Oh La La’s Masterclasses, Workshops or Events are strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by Charlie Oh La La. Clients hereby consent to Charlie Oh La La photographing Clients and taking video recordings for the purposes of promoting Charlie Oh La La Dance/Fitness Services only.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Charlie Oh La La is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its Site users and Clients. Charlie Oh La La’s privacy notice applies to the use and processing of personal data collected and used by Charlie Oh La La, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). It is very important that the information Charlie Oh La La holds about its Clients is accurate and up to date. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Charlie Oh La La of any changes in personal information by email.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and every agreement for the provision of Dance/Fitness Services shall be governed in all respects by English law as if the contract was wholly entered into and wholly performed within England. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

Defined Terms:
Client: An individual who purchases Dance/Fitness Services for themselves or on behalf of another.
Charlie Oh La La : This includes (but is not limited to) dance and fitness classes, dance and fitness courses, drop-in classes, trial sessions, private lessons, Masterclasses, Workshops, Events, Trips and Retreats – all online and live.
Terms and Conditions: The Conditions that govern the sale and supply of Dance/Fitness Services by Charlie Oh La La to you.
Masterclasses : a dance or fitness class/session that is requested, scheduled and customised for groups by Charlie Oh La La
Workshops: A dance or fitness class/session that is requested, scheduled and customised for groups by Charlie Oh La La.
Online dance and fitness classes: A dance or fitness video, dance clip or dance or fitness stream that is delivered via online media.
Force Majeure Events: means any circumstance not within the reasonable control of Charlie Oh La La including without limitation acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo or breaking off of diplomatic relations, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom, any law or action taken by a government or public authority including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident and any non performance by contractors or the interruption to any and all utility services; and in such circumstances if Charlie Oh La La is hindered, prevented or delayed in providing or meeting its obligations under these Terms and Conditions by the above Force Majeure Events then Charlie Oh La La shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise liable for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
Working Days: means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in London are open for business.
